Questions & Answers – What should you do if the gym closes? A recurring question among my clients and athletes right now: “what do I do if the gym I train at closes?”. New restrictions caused by the corona pandemic have lead to gyms limiting their training classes or the possibility to train there normally for a few weeks to come. Many have had to look at other ways to exercise and be active outside the gym walls.
In this episode, I go through what you need to know when you convert your training to a so-called “home training”, what you need to think about and understand. This episode will calm you down if you are worried about how to train if the gym you are training at is closed for a while.
